We are writing to thank you for providing an excellent service regarding our recent bed purchase. We really appreciated your time and expertise on advising us on the Somnus range of beds, and the Connaught is thus far proving very comfortable. The delivery staff were also very professional and helpful and we would like to extend our gratitude to them for assisting our friend when delivering our old bed to her home. I am writing this email to thank your estimator, Stephen and Alan, the ladies on the phone and especially the two carpet fitters Craig and Stuart, who laid my carpet expertly yesterday. I had to leave the fitters as had to visit dentist in an emergency, but when I got back they had finished laying the carpets, hoovered, put all my furniture back and made sure my doors were locked before leaving. The carpet looked beautiful and I just wanted to say a special thank you to them for their caring professional service in my home. A very satisfied customer.
