We have been customers of John Doe for many years. We have purchased goods from all their departments and have always received excellent service. We have just recently purchased all our lighting from their new lighting department.

We had our kitchen and utility fitted with Carnival Vinyl which to say the least must have seemed a very daunting task for your fitters because of the size and complexity of the job. But the reason for this letter is to say what an excellent job they made of it. We were advised several times that there would be a join and it may be visible but I would defy anyone to try and see it. They truly did a fantastic job. Whilst writing we would like to say that the attention and help with samples etc and advice given by your showroom staff and estimator was second to none and we truly appreciated it.

Simon and Louis delivered and fitted a carpet in our sitting room. I would like to put on record how pleased we are with the result.They worked really well and helped us put the room straight. Both Simon and Louis are a credit to your company.

Having had carpets and furniture installed at my house on a couple of occasions, I would like to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with all your staff. There is always a warm welcome when entering your store followed by helpful advice and courteous and polite staff including when measuring and fitting. I have no hesitation in recommending your company to friends and indeed already have done so.

We are writing to thank you for providing an excellent service regarding our recent bed purchase. We really appreciated your time and expertise on advising us on the Somnus range of beds, and the Connaught is thus far proving very comfortable. The delivery staff were also very professional and helpful and we would like to extend our gratitude to them for assisting our friend when delivering our old bed to her home. It makes such a difference when little things, like removing their shoes in the bedroom, are observed and thought about. Once again, many thanks to you all and for your team's assistance.
