Thank you so much for the work that you carried out here yesterday. We are delighted with the new carpets and your men were, once again, so skillful and pleasant.

We had our kitchen and utility fitted with Carnival Vinyl which to say the least must have seemed a very daunting task for your fitters because of the size and complexity of the job. But the reason for this letter is to say what an excellent job they made of it. We were advised several times that there would be a join and it may be visible but I would defy anyone to try and see it. They truly did a fantastic job. Whilst writing we would like to say that the attention and help with samples etc and advice given by your showroom staff and estimator was second to none and we truly appreciated it.

I am aware that most people write to complain these days but few consider saying thank you for a job well done. Well I felt I should write to say how happy I was with the service I received from Jon and Stuart who came to fit my carpet. It was a pleasure to have them in my home and they did a very professional job, quietly and with no fuss. They were extremely helpful in getting my furniture back in place and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone requiring their services in carpet fitting. So my thanks to them and to you. It is good to know that there are still really professional people around.

We would like a say a 'huge' thank you for all your help and kindness received by you all for replacing our hall carpet. Thank you Simon for taking such care and for such a wonderful job. Nothing was too much trouble for you and it was a pleasure meeting you, so comfortable and easy. We will highly recommend you to our friends and family.

I am writing this email to thank your estimator, Stephen and Alan, the ladies on the phone and especially the two carpet fitters Craig and Stuart, who laid my carpet expertly yesterday. I had to leave the fitters as had to visit dentist in an emergency, but when I got back they had finished laying the carpets, hoovered, put all my furniture back and made sure my doors were locked before leaving. The carpet looked beautiful and I just wanted to say a special thank you to them for their caring professional service in my home. A very satisfied customer.

We sought the services of John Doe of Diss off the back of several recommendations. We were very impressed at the level of customer service and attention to detail provided. Communication was stellar particularly with Nathan who continues to be a pleasure to deal with. We will certainly continue to use the services of Jonh Doe of Diss and cannot recommend them highly enough.
