I am writing this email to thank your estimator, Stephen and Alan, the ladies on the phone and especially the two carpet fitters Craig and Stuart, who laid my carpet expertly yesterday. I had to leave the fitters as had to visit dentist in an emergency, but when I got back they had finished laying the carpets, hoovered, put all my furniture back and made sure my doors were locked before leaving.
