I am writing to thank you and your excellent team of carpet fitters for a job well done. We had three of your men come to fit carpets in three of our bedrooms. Our home is a converted barn, with low ceilings and beams so not an easy job - not to mention displaced furniture in preparation for the new carpets. The men were all so courteous and obliging and they left the job so clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They even seemed to like our noisy dogs! Also, the two ladies in the store where I had chosen the carpet the previous week were so nice and very helpful. All in all a very satisfactory experience. We look forward to using John Doe again as and when we next need new flooring.

You came to fit two rooms for us and my wife and I would like to express our admiration for the quality of the work. Also, your fitters Jon and Stuart deserve a special round of applause. Not only are they very personable and pleasant to have around, they even helped us move a wardrobe back into the room which of course is not their job but they did it anyway and we very much appreciated their help. Given that we know just what sort of coffee they drink, we'd be quite happy to see them again to fit our second carpet, larger job! They certainly are a great credit to your company.
