I felt I had to let you know how pleased we are with our wardrobes fitted today. The guys who fitted them were great - clean, tidy and very professional. They did everything that was asked including taking down and taking away the old shelving. We are new to this area so have not had any experience of shopping here for this type of product before but we will certainly be back again shortly requesting some more furniture for the other room.

Superb service from Stewart who helped out my dear mother-in-law Jill when her recent bed purchase wasn't quite right for her bad back. New softer mattress sorted with no questions asked. Would thoroughly recommend any friends who need a new bed or mattress to get down here as they have a very wide range at competitive prices and with the extra value of high quality service included too. We would like to thank you all and particularly David in the Carpet Department, Malcolm who measured our rooms and Jon and Stuart who laid the carpet for making the whole experience of buying a new carpet such a pleasurable and such an easy one. Having had carpets and furniture installed at my house on a couple of occasions, I would like to say what a pleasure it has been dealing with all your staff. There is always a warm welcome when entering your store followed by helpful advice and courteous and polite staff including when measuring and fitting.
