The staff are very good. They were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

What can I say? I was merely intending to enquire into the possibility of carpet being laid before my elderly relation's return from hospital. Having been in before and to date being assisted by three or four different members of your staff, I just felt I had to contact you to say that your customer service is the best I have ever experienced. We are writing to thank you for providing an excellent service regarding our recent bed purchase. We really appreciated your time and expertise on advising us on the Somnus range of beds, and the Connaught is thus far proving very comfortable. The delivery staff were also very professional and helpful and we would like to extend our gratitude to them for assisting our friend when delivering our old bed to her home. It makes such a difference when little things, like removing their shoes in the bedroom, are observed and thought about. Once again, many thanks to you all and for your team's assistance.
