I felt I had to let you know how pleased we are with our wardrobes fitted today. The guys who fitted them were great - clean, tidy and very professional. They did everything that was asked including taking down and taking away the old shelving. We are new to this area so have not had any experience of shopping here for this type of product before but we will certainly be back again shortly requesting some more furniture for the other room.

I would like to say a big thank you for the excellent service I received from Keith and Louis. They laid the carpets beautifully and I am so pleased with how they look. Once again Doe's has given tip top service and professionalism from start to finish. I shall make sure I recommend your company at any given opportunity. I am a great believer in supporting our local businesses and yours is one of the best.

We had our carpets fitted and we are very pleased. The lady who we first had contact with was great. The man who came to look at the rooms and to measure up was very helpful. The man who laid the screed was extremely efficient and the two young men who finished the job were the icing on the cake, absolutely brilliant. Top class service from start to finish.

Dear Mr Doe, we recently decided to replace one of our carpets and visited your premises in Diss. We met with Lindsay and discussed our requirements. We were incredibly impressed with her very helpful response. Her suggestions on quality and colours were excellent. A very pleasant experience to deal with such a knowledgeable lady who was clearly intent on making sure we were happy with our purchase. Lindsay also arranged for the carpet to be fitted and for a further existing carpet to be re-laid in our house in a very efficient manner with no fuss. The work was undertaken yesterday and again the two carpet fitters were excellent. We are very pleased and will certainly return to John Doe of Diss for our future carpet/furniture requirements. I am writing this email to thank your estimator, Stephen and Alan, the ladies on the phone and especially the two carpet fitters Craig and Stuart, who laid my carpet expertly yesterday. I had to leave the fitters as had to visit dentist in an emergency, but when I got back they had finished laying the carpets, hoovered, put all my furniture back and made sure my doors were locked before leaving. The carpet looked beautiful and I just wanted to say a special thank you to them for their caring professional service in my home. A very satisfied customer.
