A big thank you to all the staff at John Doe's who have helped us. The sales staff for advice, patience and friendly humour - thanks Lindsey and Val, young Malcolm too for his estimating, Vincent who made floating the kitchen floor with latex look easy, John and Karl who made a fabulous job at laying the vinyl into an awkward shaped room and Gary and Stuart who fitted the lounge, dining room and hall carpets. Well done and a big thank you to you all.

Your company recently fitted a black and white vinyl flooring to my conservatory. I would like to say that I am very impressed with the finished result. It looks really good and there are no gaps around the edges and it is not possible to see the join. The team responsible are highly skilled fitters and I give them full marks for their efforts.
